Recline in the most relaxed position that is most comfortable for you. Close your eyes and start by taking a few deep breaths and get used to your natural breathing rate, concentrate on relaxing the mussels by running your body through your mind starting with your head and moving down the body to the very tips of your toes relaxing those parts you are thinking of each time you exhale.
